This policy explains what information IGNARA collects through tryignara.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It is written for the business professionals who use this website.
1. Who we are
In this policy, “IGNARA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IGNARA, the operator of the website at tryignara.com. IGNARA provides pre-construction project intelligence to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar EPCs.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit through the Pipeline Diagnostic. When you complete the diagnostic form (opened from “Book a Strategy Call”), we collect:
- your name;
- your business email address;
- your company name;
- your job title or role;
- information about your business and pipeline, such as company size, primary market, average project size, monthly inbound C&I leads, current lead quality, your biggest current friction point, monthly origination budget and timeline.
Information recorded with a submission. When you submit the form, we also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it was sent from. We use these to manage enquiries and to protect the form from spam and abuse.
Information you send us directly. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to include.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the website. The form is designed for business information only.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- review your Pipeline Diagnostic and assess whether our services are a good fit for your business;
- respond to service enquiries and arrange strategy calls;
- communicate with you about your enquiry and about services you have asked about;
- prepare for and deliver services where you engage us;
- operate, maintain and secure the website, including detecting and preventing spam and misuse;
- meet legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell the information you submit.
4. Communications
If you submit an enquiry or the Pipeline Diagnostic, we may contact you by email (or by other means you provide) about that enquiry. If we send you other business communications, you can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or emailing contact@tryignara.com.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests these fonts, it connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request. Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
If we introduce cookies, analytics or similar technologies in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
6. Third-party service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes of providing their services to us. These currently include:
- Cloud hosting and database services (Google Cloud), which host the website and store form submissions;
- Email services, used to notify us of new submissions and to correspond with you;
- Google Fonts, which delivers the website’s typefaces.
These providers may store or process information in countries other than the one you are located in. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
7. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website, access controls on the systems that store submissions, and spam and rate-limiting protections on the form.
No website, transmission method or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you send us.
8. Data retention
We keep enquiry and diagnostic information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, to manage any business relationship that follows, and to keep appropriate business records. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
9. Access and correction
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@tryignara.com with your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Privacy enquiries and complaints
If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how we have handled your information, please email contact@tryignara.com. We will look into it and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the privacy or data protection authority where you are located.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if our services or the way we handle information change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
